Note: I want to extend my deepest gratitude to those of you who have already given to us in this time of need. Your generosity, faithfulness, and notes of encouragement have been an oasis in this dry season. We at DSM are so, so thankful! – Katie Comiskey

“…if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones …” (Matt 10:42)

Dear Friends,

Would you help stir the waters at Desert Stream/Living Waters? This healing source needs your help!

I received my first sip of cool water from Desert Stream/Living Waters 35 years ago when Andrew came to Kansas City for a conference. Soon after, I received a deeper drink at a Living Waters Leadership Training. I was parched—desperate  for healing and wholeness.

Becoming a “cup bearer” for others helped quench my own thirst.  Over the years, I’ve helped lead Living Waters, Cross Current, Beauty and the Breach, and participate now in Oasis (Desert Stream’s most recent offering for families and friends of those who our shifting culture has seduced).

Through all these ‘water works,’ I’ve personally accessed the transforming work of Jesus’ death and resurrection. The Lord has blessed me;  I invest my finances and serve on the Desert Stream Board of Directors, while helping lead groups and trainings around the world (I just returned from a huge training of over 130 men and women in India).

I’ve served for 35 of Desert Stream’s 45 years and have witnessed countless outpourings of mercy on “dry and parched” faith communities around the world. So much need and so little cool, clear water for the thirsty!

Resistance is strong. Sources of ‘living water’ have either dried up or become diluted or polluted. Would you help us stir the DSM waters?

Take it from me: Desert Stream is a deep, trustworthy well to draw from.  Finances are needed for us to thrive. Would you please send a gift today?

Oh also is it tax deductible? Can it be each month or should I send all up front...? Praise! Allelujah!
